We are committed to sustainable development by ensuring a high standard of environmental management, safety and water quality within the marina.
Current considerations include:
- The use of recyclable /sustainable materials for the project including reuse of dredge material for construction.
- The use of green technologies for power (solar), passive ventilation for cooling, rainwater harvesting for toilets and irrigation.
- Creating a sense of guardianship with the landscape and open spaces, in particular, the riparian zones also the incorporation of local pedestrian and cycle pathways.
- In consideration of local marine turtle nesting areas, we have incorporated low level LED lighting applications into the development scope.
